Courier Service - Next Day Delivery

We know that more often than not, you need your goods delivered to site as soon as possible – that’s why we offer a next working day delivery service as standard for mainland UK.

All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day on a next working day delivery service – orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day for delivery the following working day. 

In some cases, next working day delivery isn’t possible, but we will still aim to dispatch the same day and get your order to you as quickly as possible - orders to Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland may take 2-3 days.

Our Free Delivery Terms

When you spend over £500 on supplies and accessories (see Long Length Items for exclusions) with us we’ll deliver your items next working day, free of charge! 

This applies to mainland UK only and excludes any special surcharges e.g. long lengths or hazardous items. Orders to Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland will still incur a delivery charge

Delivery Charges

We try to keep our delivery charges as low as possible for our customers but unfortunately, some products carry an additional surcharge due to their size, weight or hazardous properties.

Hazardous Goods

Any products that are classed as hazardous and are over 5kg carry an additional delivery charge. The delivery charge for these products will be POA as the cost varies depending on the product size and delivery location. If you are interested in buying a hazardous product, give us a call and a member of the team will be happy to provide a quote.

Long Length Items

A surcharge of £25.00 applies to delivery of items longer than 1.5 m in length due the manual handling of such items by from the carriers. This charge is also applied automatically when you get to checkout. 

Flooring & Pallet Deliveries

All flooring and large item deliveries are kerbside (you'll need to carry goods into your property) and can be made on anything from a van to an 18 tonne lorry, so it is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible for any large vehicle. Please be aware most of our shipments will be on a pallet and this will be left with you at the point of delivery. If access is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.

We strongly advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.

Failed Flooring & Pallet Deliveries

If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, the goods are refused, there's inadequate help available, or the order is changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is £20 or £0.70 per kg if the weight is over 29kg.

If you do not collect the goods from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from our store, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.

Order Not As Expected

It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. If you are not able to inspect the goods at the point of delivery, we strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem so that we can resolve it swiftly.

Re-Delivery

We will always let you know which day to expect your delivery (all standard deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm) and it’s important to ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the order. If the driver is unable to successfully deliver your order due to access issues or no one being available to take delivery, the courier will aim to attempt again the following working day and you will be liable for any re-delivery costs. 

Returns

Unwanted items can be returned to us within 14 day of purchase providing they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging - this will incur a 15% restocking charge.

If collection is required, we can arrange this POA.

Non-returnable items

  • Please note, powdered products e.g. smoothing compounds are non-returnable.
  • Items outside expiry date or with short pot life will not be accepted
