Damaged Deliveries

In event that you receive a package that is damaged or incorrect, you must either:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery or
  • Sign for the goods, but clearly write 'damaged' or 'incorrect'.

We will gladly provide you with a full refund or send a replacement if damage or descrepancy was made.

Unwanted Goods

If you are returning goods because you no longer wish to have them, we will refund less a 25% re-stocking fee.

  • Any goods being returned please contact us either by phone or email.
  • Any unopen flooring packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection of goods.
  • Returned items must arrive in the same condition as when we sent them - i.e. unused, in original packaging and complete with all of the documentation / literature we provided with them.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of goods received back to base.

    Please note: opened, damaged or used goods can not be returned
  • Please, ensure when contacting us that you clearly state the reason why you would like a return or replacement.
  • Collection can be booked in convenient time with member of staff with applicable collection fee.
