Timberlay Engineered Oak Wood Flooring, Prime, Unfinished, 190x4x20 Mm

This 20 mm thick unfinished, oak engineered flooring in prime grade is part of our Timberlay oak collection and is completely ready for finishing in any domestic or commercial flooring project. This 190 mm wide flooring plank comes with 4 mm top layer and tongue-and-groove joint system.

Hardwood Wearable Layer

This engineered flooring product comes with 4 mm real wood top layer, which provides sufficient depth for renovating your floors at least once after installation.

Oak Flooring

Oak is an extremely versatile wood type - a medium density hardwood, with strength, character and durability surpasses many other timber species. Prime Grade Selection

This flooring product is available in Prime grade - a selection of the timber, which allows knotts in very small amounts and sizes, with almost no colour variation between the planks. Prime grade flooring provides uniform appearance suitable for both modern and traditional tastes and lines.

Installation

Planks with 20 mm thickness provide excellent solidness and flooring stability even if laid as suspended floors onto batten or timber joists. They can be secret-nailed, glued-down or floated (with underlay) and usually available with extended life span guarantee. Glue-down installation is highly recommended for subfloors with underfloor heating system.
