What is SPC Rigid Core Vinyl Flooring
The SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) vinyl flooring is regarded as one of the most reliable click vinyl product available. The core of the plank is a mix of PVC and Limestone powder blended to formulate the tough, durable and waterproof flooring option available to buy on the now wide click vinyl flooring market.
Suitable for Underfloor Heating
The Everlock Challet Oak SPC Vinyl Flooring, 181 mm is an excellent choice for underfloor heating, or for areas exposed to natural sunlight and warm rooms like conservatory flooring (up to 27C). The lock system on the planks makes the product easy to install and also provides additional guarantee for the durability of the product.
LVT Flooring Installation
LVT flooring is fairly easy to install, however as a product with an average thickness of only 5-6 mm and fairly small click system on the plank, this type of flooring is very sensitive to the level of the subfloor. The subfloor preparation work plays important part of the installation and the durability of the flooring.
Concrete subfloors may need to be levelled with smoothing compound and any timber base, different from plywood or chipboard, may need to be prepared first with 9 mm or 12 mm plywood prior to installation.

Flooring product are usually available for delivery within 5 days of order, subject to current stock levels. Products with extended lead times are available below:
Delivery of flooring is to kirbside only. Copy of our full Deliveries Terms is available here.
Returns
- Any unopen flooring packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery with 25% restocking charge.
- Products must be return in original packaging without any damage.
- Cost of delivery back to base is paid by the customer.
Products with extended lead times
- BOEN flooring - 7 to 14 days, depending on product availability. Please check before ordering.
- Junckers flooring - 3 to 4 weeks. Please, check before ordering.
