We have carefully selected a universe of flooring products and tools on our website and each one of them is a star in the range of its own products. Some of these products are imported to UK market, some of them are manufactured withing the UK. We have tried to build a comprehensive system, which presents the quality and features of various products in the unversal for the UK buyer way.

Flooring Sizes

All sizes shown with our flooring products are in milimeters.

  • Sizes for engineered wood flooring planks are shown as - [width] x [thickness of top layer] x [thickness of plank]. Please note, planks of engineered flooring may be available in fixed length and random length. These are specified withing the description and in the specification of each indivudal product.
  • Sizes for solid and parquet flooring are shown as - [width] x [length] x [thickness]
  • Sizes for laminate flooring are described in the product as [width], [thickness] and [length]

Timber Grading in Our Wooden Flooring

Wooden flooring is available different grades and as they are a pricing factor, we display the grade with description of each product.

Flooring Trade has adopted an already recognised in UK timber grading system. Many manufacturers of wood flooring use their own classification, we have narrowed down these to an widely used and simple classification.
